For the safety of our technicians and our customers, Wrong Fuel Emergency does not provide fuel drain services on motorways or dual carriageways.

If your vehicle is stranded on a motorway, a dual carriageway, or a dangerous hard shoulder, you must contact a highway recovery agency to tow your vehicle to a safe location (such as a nearby service station or quiet side road) before our technicians can attend to perform the fuel drain.
2. Emergency Roadside Services

The Customer's Responsibility: You must ensure that the vehicle ignition remains switched off from the moment you realize the mistake. Wrong Fuel Emergency is not liable for mechanical damage that occurred prior to our arrival.

On-Site Assessment: Our technicians reserve the right to refuse service if the vehicle is deemed to be in an unsafe position or if the fuel system has sustained prior structural damage.
3. Pricing and Payment

Upfront Quotes: All quotes provided over the phone are based on the information you provide (vehicle type and fuel mix).

Payment Terms: Payment must be made immediately upon completion of the fuel drain service, before the vehicle is handed back to you. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards via our secure mobile payment terminals.
4. Fuel Disposal & Environmental Compliance

All contaminated fuel or chemical fluids extracted from your vehicle become the property of Wrong Fuel Emergency.

We handle, transport, and dispose of all waste fuel in strict accordance with national environmental and hazardous waste regulations. Extracted fuel cannot be returned to the customer under any circumstances.
5. Liability and Warranty

Our fuel drainage processes follow strict automotive guidelines designed to keep your vehicle’s manufacturer warranty intact.

Wrong Fuel Emergency is fully insured. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing engine damage or faults caused by driving the vehicle with the incorrect fuel before our technician arrived.
